Valentine's Day 2015!

What a fun and exciting day we had in preschool!! First we took a tour of all the Valentine's boxes that were brought in!

We started the day with touring the boxes and passing out treats.
In the afternoon we decorated a cupcake for snack and had a Valentine's day sherbet drink and we did a Valentine's day craft!

Of course here are the most wanted pictures!
From the photo booth! The kids had so much fun with this!
Check out all the great pictures below!

Of course I had to get some great pictures of the kids too!

I Love To Read Month!

February is I LOVE TO READ month! I hope you are all reading to your little ones each night! We had a parent volunteer to come and read to our class yesterday! The kids were so excited to have someone new come in to our room and read to us! Thank you Rish!

Writing Our Names!

Below are pictures of the students names that they write in the morning to "sign-in"! They are doing such a WONDERFUL job as well! We have only been working on our names with lower case letters when we came back from Christmas break. As far as they have come it is great! Some are still writing in all upper case, but after much practice, practice, practice they will get it in no time!

Patterning and Sorting!

For a small group we sorted and made patterns with manipulative's! The students had to sort and tell me how they sorted them!

Beau sorted by color!

As did Johnny!

Ayslyn sorted by color too, and lined them up to be able to see them better!

Dru sorted by color too!

Alyssa sorted by color and lined them all in a row!
