Classroom Camera!

This week we got out the kid vtech cameras that we have! The kids are having a BLAST with them! Below are a few pictures that the kids took during center time! They did such an awesome job!

How many _____ tall is your gingerbread man?

Today, we did an activity with measuring a gingerbread man with different items. We were able to measure with blocks, buttons, cheerios, and marshmallows! They did such a great job counting and figuring out how many items tall he is!

Bulb Sorting!

For a small group before our vacation, we did an activity where we sorted three different sized light bulbs! This was definitely a hard activity for some, but with practice we will get it!

Our Gifts to our Moms and Dads!

This year we made a special gift for our moms and dads! How cute are these homemade ornaments!? 

First Miss Amanda put their picture on the inside of the ornament. 

Then, the kiddos were able to pick two colors for the glitter! 

They turned out wonderful! 

And the kids were definitely excited to give them to mom and dad and hang them up on their tree at home!

Frozen Snow!

We did a science experiment where we made frozen snow! 

This consisted of bake soda and lotion! 

The kids had a blast mixing this together and then playing with it!

Our Winter Party!

Our winter party was definitely a blast! We played a balloon game where we had to keep it between our legs and walk across the room! (The pictures are hilarious!)

Then, during centers we decorated ornaments!

For snack, we decorated our own sugar cookie! The kids were able to choose a color for their frosting! 

Then, they decorated it with sprinkles! YUM!
